It is with great pleasure that I Introduce you to our Local #530

We are Security Officers at the Orange Regional Medical Center in Orange County New York. Our services are provided at the Medical Centers two locations, Middletown and Goshen New York.

Our Local was formed in November, 2003.

In March of 2004, we entered into contract negotiation with the Medical Center and on March 15th 2004, we signed our first contract with them thanks to the dedicated work of our committee and Regional Vice President Kerry Lacey.

Our Short term goal of recognition and acceptance by the medical center was realized.

Our long range goals are to grow within the region by seeking other Hospital and Health Care Facilities Security Officers within our area to join with us to add strength and numbers to a common goal.

Our Motto:” WE ARE PART OF THE SOLUTION, NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM!”
